Decent People started with alignment—shared values, timing, and a sense that something meaningful could grow. Rooted in our time at Hyper Island, it grew into a studio built on purpose—where design was a way to stay present, challenge perfection, and center the human experience.

We approached each project with a flexible mindset—mixing design sprints, workshops, and UX methods. Our focus was always on understanding real needs, testing early, and shaping ideas that made sense in the world they’d live in.
